Im not sure how my review was deleted but I was a patient with Dr. Ron years ago, the plan was for me to be in a... expander in which I will receive a key to turn help my bite. I NEVER received a key it was just a fake promise. One of the workers mentioned to him my right side needs to be expanded and weirdly that was one of the last few times I seen her. There was even a point I assumed I was not getting the key because I was behind on payments so I made sure to tell him I will bring my account up in regards to the treatment continuing and of course after paying over $2,000 still nothing he told me it will not satisfy my issue after draining me for my money haha, I was in a expander for a whole year for no reason anticipating the key for it. This could have changed my whole lifestyle. He gives off very money hungry, please don't have my review deleted again or I will continue posting, This is a man that does not stand on his word. If you cant provide the treatment I am looking for, fine no problem but don’t sell me a dream. I can very much relate to Maria, who also posted a low review.read more

When I lived in VA and had my daughter get her braces done at American Smiles, they made the process easy and kept me... in the loop of all my daughters needs to ensure the best results. When we moved back to NC in the middle of the treatment, American Smiles has been super flexible in scheduling her appointments knowing we have to drive 4 hrs here and back to NC to maintain the treatment until it’s completed. I’ve been seeing Dr Hessamfar for almost two years now. My dentist referred me to this orthodontic clinic to get relief... from a bad case of TMJ I’ve developed after taking out wisdom teeth and having Invisalign done wrong at my previous dental clinic.Dr Ron Hessamfar was able to determine the cause of the TMJ and fix it. After about a year the TMJ pain faded, and by now it’s entirely gone. I’m still in treatment (braces) and am very happy with how the treatment is progressing.I would recommend this clinic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing.read more

Tanya from... the front desk is so easy to work with especially on schedulingUPDATE 09.02.20It is my pleasure to express my appreciation to be taken care of my orthodontic needs(due to a severe underbite status) for over 7 years by Dr. Hessamfar. I did have an option to be done surgically but I preferred the road conservatively. Dr. Hessamfar and his staff were so patient with me since I am already in my late 40’s to get this done. Many days folded into years of every 4-6 weeks appointment. They persevere with me, particularly with my difficult work schedules. Reaping an outstanding outcome is beyond I can be grateful for knowing them dearly. Their professionalism; a caring attitude that it is hard for each one of them to forget. His team had been there for years. Their attention to detail, attention to individuality, and time management exhibited attractive perspectives for I consider a well-oiled business. One of them had to move out of state due to the husband’s job & eventually returned in the area & re-hired her to be back to his team. I consider him a great employer who takes care of his crew just like his own family. 22 months later and I’m soooo incredibly happy with how my teeth have turned out. I did Invisalign with Dr. Hessamfar... and he was wonderful from start to finish. All the staff that work there and the people at the front desk were always so nice and they were very accommodating even during Covid 19 which I’m sure hasn’t been easy. I couldn’t recommend American Braces and Smile Center enough, if you’re considering getting braces or Invisalign, they are a perfect choice in the DMV area.read more

American Braces & Smile Center is amazing!!! I got my braces off in May, but I still visit with my sisters who are... patients here. This is really the place to be...highly recommended!! I had braces for a little over two years and they gave me no problems. If you need an orthodontist take it from me, a teen, this is the place to be. The receptionists are accommodating to busy schedules and are super fun to talk to while you wait for your appointment. Dr. Hessamfar is the best. If you have any questions the staff will gladly answer them ( they are super nice and fun to talk to ). During your appointment you can watch a movie. The office is cute and always has magazines and seasonal decor. All around American Braces & Smile Center is the best and definitely worth considering.read more

New to braces. I had several consults before I decided to go with Dr. Hessamfar. He was very detailed during the... consultation and he made me feel very comfortable. He also has great financing options. Tanya went over different options and worked with me to make it fit my growing families budget. I was alittle nervous about being an adult with braces and possible discomfort, but the Marisa and the ladies were very helpful in easing my concerns.
