Tanya
Tanya hasbeen with Broadlands Orthodontics since 2006, however she has worked in dentistry since 1989. She is a native of Kentucky, previously lived in Hawaii, and has called Loudoun County home since 2000.
Tanya enjoys spending time with family and watching her son Brendan play football, attending the Washington Redskins games, baking, reading and volunteering at her church.
She is a vital contributor to the smoothness of the daily operations within the office. Tanya genuinely looks forward to conversing with each patient on the phone, meeting them as they come into the office and attempting to make their time with us pleasant and memorable.
Christy
Christy joined Broadlands Orthodontics in 2008. She has an up-beat family oriented personality, which compliments her career in orthodontics. She loves seeing the beautiful smile this field brings to our patients.
Christy moved to Virginia 13 years ago; eventually putting down roots in Haymarket with her husband and son. She is originally from New Jersey. In fact, occasionally, you may still detect a hint of northern accent.
Recently, Christy developed an avid interest in flower and vegetable gardening. She is in full swing planning out her various gardens and starting her seedlings.
Living in Haymarket has also awakened her interest in native animal life and preserving it. Christy enjoys outdoor activities, including ocean fishing, jet-skiing, swimming, tubing lazily down a river, family camping, bicycling or ski-boarding (back in-the-day).
Ursula
Ursula has worked in the orthodontic field since 2005. She is a native of Lima Peru. At age 17 she moved to the United States with her family, and currently resides in Centerville, VA.
Ursula loves taking care of patients and seeing their happy smiles.
When not working, she enjoys running, biking, and spending time with her family and two children, Andrea and Michael.
Jesus
Jesus just joined our practice as orthodontic technician. He moved here from Dallas, Texas in December 2009, He has been working in dental field for a bout a year. However, since he started working in Broadlands Orthodontics, he feels that he never enjoyed his job as much as he does now. He enjoys every single day of work. He loves patients going under orthodontic treatment, and he feels that everyday is so rewarding to him by the challenges and joys that orthodontics brings. He enjoys making a difference one smile at a time and the family atmosphere that this office and the team provide. He get a satisfaction by helping each patient to navigate their way through treatment and making the experience a positive and memorable one.
Jesse
Jesse is fairly new to the orthodontics field and enjoys working with the Broadlands staff. She graduated from college with an honors degree in Information Technology in Spring 2009. She has been a resident of northern Virginia area for about thirteen years and currently resides in Montclair, VA with husband Kevin and their four children.
Her interests and hobbies include: spending time with her family, scrapbooking, reading, movies, warm weather and of course; shopping!
Jesse really enjoys working hands on with patients and assisting them in their journey to a brand new smile! She had braces as a teenager so she relates to the importance of a great smile.
